1. Each Mad Lad can't pib any of their own message, instead it needs to be voted via a Pibquisition.
**How to get a pib** :
1.2 - Only Other Mad Lads can pib your message.
1.3 - Needs to be actual pib material (Example : something never done before, funny, put a lot of work into. It cannot be something stolen or just a random word/image).
1.4 - Once a Mad Lad reacts someone's message, the Mad Lad with that message can start a pibquistion.
1.5 - To Start a Pibquistion the reacted message needs to have #Pibquisition in it, which will last 1 day.
1.6 - In the Pibquisition Mad Lads are gonna vote if the message has to be pibbed. It Needs minimum 5 votes from the Mad Lads that want it pibbed.
1.7 - if there are less than 5 supporters by the end of the Day or has 4 opposers the Pibquisition ends.
1.8 - There can only be Maximum 4 #Pibquistions in a day.
**Results of Breaking the Pib Law** :
1. If violated the Mad Lad gets banned for 1 hour.
2. Each violation adds +1 hour to the previous ban to the Mad Lad.
3. If the ban is somehow avoided then the Mad Lad will be humiliated.
