Marco Polo was a European explorer who traveled to Asia along the Silk Road. While he was in China he exchanged ideas with Kublia Khan. He is most famous for writing a book called "The Travels of Marco Polo". In the book he tells the people of Europe about all the things he saw in China (including inventions). Most of the Europeans didn't believe him.
