A program that provides birth control, STD screenings, emergency contraception and permanent sterilization.

These individuals are typically eligible for full federal and state benefits, though many such as green card holders are subject to a five-year waiting period from the date, they obtain qualified status.

Assit with QHP, Medicaid, PCP and MCO enrollment.

Children receiving 12 months of continuous coverage.

An individual forced to flee their country due to persecution, war or violence.
What is a Refugee or Asylee?
May perform outreach and education. May assist consumers with applying for Medicaid or QHP. They can only assist using the Consumer Portal.

Aetna, CareFirst, JAI, Kaiser Permanente, MedStar Family Choice, Maryland Physicians Care, Priority Partners, Wellpoint and United Health Care.
What is a Managed Care Organization?
A non-citizen who is legally authorized to live and work indefinitely in the United States. Commonly known as green card holders.
What is a Lawfully Permanent Resident?
May perform outreach and education. May assist with Medicaid and QHP enrollment. Assist consumers using the Broker Portal.

The local health department, local Department of social services, self-service (MHC), mobile app, call center, CAW, broker or application counselor.
Where can a consumer apply?
