When the Ashwamedha Yagnya was in process, Arjuna was guarding the horse and the horse come into Babruvahana's state. Babruvahana did not give in and even though Arjuna was his father, Babruvahana killed him and got victory. But he and his mother repented. Uloopi, being a nagakanya, brought the nagamani which can bring people back to life. In this way, the prophecy was fulfilled, and Arjuna also lived to see justice be done.
