In Arizona, donkeys are not allowed to sleep in bathtubs.

Law- Arizona has a law that prohibits donkeys from sleeping in bathtubs. This unusual statute dates back to 1924 and was enacted following a peculiar incident in Kingman, Arizona. A rancher near Kingman allowed his donkey to sleep in an old bathtub on his property. During a flood caused by a dam break, the bathtub—with the donkey inside—was swept away by the rising waters. The town invested considerable resources to rescue the donkey and return it safely to land. In response to the incident and the challenges faced during the rescue, the local government passed a law making it illegal for donkeys to sleep in bathtubs.
