  • If the clubhouse is closed inform the resident there will be a $50 lock out charge and ask if they’d like to proceed
  • Report to the clubhouse to get the needed key
  • Unlock the door and return the key back to the loaner key box
  • If the resident needs a loaner, they will need to get a loaner key when the clubhouse opens the following day
  • Report all lockouts on the duty log
