As more buildings are being built to attract potential residents, the original residents are suffering as a result. Due to the increased buildings, rent price is increasing making it difficult to pay and forcing people to relocate elsewhere.

In WWII, China, an ally of the U.S, was fighting against Imperial Japan, an enemy of the U.S.
The U.S wanted to keep China as an ally so they got rid of negative stereotypes of Chinese Americans and spread negative stereotypes of Japanese Americans. Most importantly, they repealed the Chinese Exclusion Act to show that they really are an ally.
