Being on a team helps us realize our limitations and that we need others to help us be successful. Basically, we learn that we are of value but no more so than the next guy, which helps us be humble and more kind.

Wisdom is to learn from our mistakes and then know what to do or what not to do in the future.
Many people say that we should not "put all our eggs in one basket".
What does this mean?
Each egg represents time and energy spent on a certain activity. For example, if you like playing video games (egg) you should not devote 80% of your time to just that. Instead, you should spread your time and energy across different activities such as sports, reading, tv, church, spending time with the family, etc.

What is a servant leader?
Someone who understands that in order to be a leader, you have to be willing to serve others. This type of leader understands that true greatness lies in a person'a ability to put the enrichment of other's lives ahead of the enrichment of their own lives.
