Why can't I leave stuff in the hallway?

It will get confiscated! Facilities vacuums our hallway, we don't want to be in their way.

What is an event that we have in the fall semester?

Fall Kickoff, hall dates, friendsgiving etc.

Furniture

All furniture cannot leave your individual room.

What does your RA do?

Helps with administrative tasks (move-in, move-out, etc.), refers residents to resources, mediates conflict on the hall, plans & organizes events, responds to emergencies, and enforces policy.

Where do I take my trash?

There is a trashcan in each commons - if both are full, then take it to the dumpster behind Andreas.

Open hall hours

FS:4-11pm, Su:4-8pm

Door must be open 90 degrees; a minimum of two light sources.

Leadership team

Each hall will have a leadership team of girls who want to help out! This includes birthday surprises, running our social media, helping execute events, vision casting, etc.

Cleaning supplies policy

Cleaning supplies from the facilities closet are not available to students except for on cleaning days. Do not take supplies off the carts or out of the closets at any other time.

Overnight guest housing

Students must fill out an overnight guest form at least 24 hours before their guests arrive. Guests may only stay for 3 consecutive nights.

What is Prayer and Praise?

A time where we gather as a hall and read scripture and pray together! This may be in the form of testimonies, a bible study, or a guest speaker.

Sleep/study set-up

Freshmen must wait until after fall break to request a sleep/study set-up. Forms must be completed and approved by RD before rooms are combined.

1. Go to covenant.edu

2. Go to Resources -> click on Resources for Campus Community 

3. Scroll to Facilities & Services -> click on Facilities Management Work Request 

4. Log in, then fill in your information and submit the request. Updates will be emailed to you.
