Advocacy Board Representative responsibilities

• Sit on the RHA Advocacy Board (Weekly on Monday @ 5:30pm)
• Represents voice of residents in hall
• Create or help in the creation of programs and initiatives that bolster student representation
• Prepare and Coordinate for Townhall meetings in hall
• Ask for residential feedback and input

Programming Board Representative responsibilities 

• Sit on the RHA Programming Board (Weekly on Monday @ 5pm)
• Represent Resident halls views and interests when making decisions on programming
• Plan and implement programs in the residence hall(s)
• Organizing promotion strategies for publicizing events
• Coordinate Space Reservations for Leadership Council Events

Serve as the chief executive officer of the Hall Leadership Council

Serve as the official representative for the Hall Leadership Council

Represent and report the concerns of Hall residents to Residential Hall Association

Execute decisions and amendments enacted by the Hall the President represents

Set agenda and preside over all Leadership Council meetings for the hall

Sit on General Council (Weekly on Friday @ 3pm)

Supervise and provide evaluative feedback to officers of the Hall

Meet with the G/RD of the hall for 1 on 1s

Act as the voting representative during General Council, Elections and Bids

Act as Parliamentarian, enforcing university and department policy and procedures when necessary

Act as Outreach Director to campus partners and orgs

Fulfill the duties of President In the event of absence of the President
