2. What timeline does the client have to provide verification during reconsideration?
For SNAP, the reconsideration timeframe is 30 days from the date of denial or closure.
For all three programs, the CAO must work with the individual in an effort to obtain the required information if the individual provides some but not all of the pending information.
3. What timeline does the caseworker follow if verification is not received after request for reconsideration?
