Look through previous ERT's and see if someone already submitted a form. Submit an ERT form if not done so already.

Inform them that we have a shoe policy that requires all patrons to keep their shoes on.

Explain step by step how to make simple green.
Fill plastic jug up to first line with simple green solution. Fill the rest of jug with water. Shake jug. Use mixture to fill up spray bottles.
What do you do when you cannot find the serial number?
Call the other FC and then call the BS for support.
What do you do when someone brings dumbbells onto a treadmill for their workout?
Inform them that it is unsafe and direct them to put the dumbbells back.

What do you do when a patron asks for a bandaid?
Ask if patron is okay, ask if an incident occured while in the facility, and complete an IR if necessary.

Grab the wooden rod, black metal frame, and green pad. Slide the metal frame into the green pad. Attach the wooden rod to the metal frame by the metal clip on the bottom of the rod.
What do you do when a treadmill belt is misaligned?
If it is slightly to the left/ right, submit an ERT but do not put OOO. If the belt is completely under the plastic sides, submit an ERT and put OOO.
What are the colors of the dumbbells in the studios?
