Players try to be the first to complete five laps around the track in their snowmobile. Mr. Blizzards in the middle of the course throw snowballs which will freeze any player they hit. About halfway around the track, there is very thick snow which will slow down any player that goes through it. Players can avoid this section by taking the dash ramp.

Players move around a room full of conveyor belts, and if the Captain lands on an Event Space, the conveyor belts will move the group of players around, including spaces. Bob-ombs will occasionally intrude a player's game. Whatever Captain happens to stop the Bob-omb's countdown, half of the Captain's Mini Stars are lost.

Watch the tracks, and choose a mine cart that will lead you to a cannon. Don't let your rivals get to the good carts before you! Gold cannons are worth three points, iron cannons are worth one.

This stage takes place in an active volcano where players mainly travel up and out of the vent. Players must escape rising magma that rises two spaces each turn, and is increased further if a Captain lands on a Magma Space. If a Captain happens to get hit by magma, he or she will lose half their Mini Stars.

Normally, the Captain who lands on the space is the one who will get to choose what minigame is to be played. While the Almost There! event is active, the player in last place is the one to pick what minigame is to be played. The first place player will win five Mini Stars, and the other places vary with the number of players.

Pilot Bullet Bill to the finish line as fast as you can. Pass over dash zones to boost your speed. Hitting obstacles will lower your speed.

It is designed after New Super Mario Bros. Wii, and features lush grassland, flowers and windmills. A broken bridge prevents players from moving forward, and if the Energy Meter does not add up, the players will fall to a lower route with Mini Ztar Spaces.

When landed on, a board-specific Captain Event is initiated. These spaces are mandatory spaces, meaning that the Captain always stops on these spaces regardless of how many spaces he or she has left to move.

This is a game involving players to beat bosses in a specific order
What is Boss Rush?

The pair must try to catch Bowser Jr. before time runs out. Players run around the maze, chasing Bowser Jr., who sweats when a player gets close to him. Bowser Jr. always runs faster than the players, so it is not possible for a solo player to catch him alone. Because of this, the two players must cooperate together in order to corner him.

Instead of collecting Mini Stars, players collect Bananas while trying to avoid Z-Bananas. Players make two laps around the stage before completing the whole set. Bananas and Z-Bananas are placed on each space rather than inbetween. The actual Boss Minigames in this stage are done in form of a bonus minigame to collect Bananas. These games are supported by Diddy Kong and Donkey Kong respectively

Press the buttons that appear on-screen to grow your vine. The faster you press the buttons, the higher your vine grows. The highest vine wins!

Players move throughout a big castle, which is haunted with Boos. After a Captain passes a Boo Portrait, a Boo will come out of it. If a Captain is caught by a Boo, he or she will lose half of their Mini Stars. Boos will follow the players until they leave the current hallway, or enter an alternative room with lights. Before the players can face the boss, the Captain must roll a number higher than the specified numeral on the gate.

If a Captain lands on this space, the order of the players will be mixed. After this happens, the Captain who is in first after the mix will get to roll the Dice Block.

They are exactly like normal Dice Blocks, but are completely gold in color, and the numbers on the die will scroll by slowly, allowing the user to roll a specific number easier.
