What takes the shape of the container it is in?
Liquid and/or Gas
What do the particles in a gas look like?
Spread apart and moving super fast
Size-small
Shape-cylinder
Texture-smooth
How can a solid go through ALL the states of matter?
Solids can melt into a liquid by applying heat. If you keep adding heat it will change into a gas.
When you take the heat away the gas will change into a liquid (condense). If you put the liquid in a cold place it will freeze back into a solid.
