Once you have worked 120 hours within 1 lookback period. Example: if you lost benefits in January, but works 120 hours in February you will be eligible again on April 1st.

What requirements is needed to qualify for an HSA?
1. Covered under a high deductible health plan on the first day of the month.
2. Not enrolled in any other health coverage except coverage permitted by the IRS.
3. Not enrolled in Medicare
4. Cannot be claimed as a dependent on someone else's Tax Return.
