What are the steps to scheduling an appointment?
Schedule the appointment, input in vTiger (if not already in), forward booking email to Brittany, connect in 3way PM with AdRep at time of booking, and then drop emoji in the Team Chat
How do you fill out the Warm Transfer portion in vTiger?
If the student is available but an AdRep is not, put the WT offer date and time (in EST). If an AdRep is available, and so is the student, check the box. If neither are available, nothing is filled out.
