What is FITS sop?
Greet every guest when they enter the fitting room, introducing yourself, ask for their name/what they’re shopping for, take the items they're trying on from them. Nicely place the product in the fitting room (create outfits when possible), ensure you write the amount of units and update when more product goes in or when product comes out, check in on guests every 2 minutes), acknowledge when the guests is done/thank them, empty fitting room immediately.
