Back of the MAR signature key.  Sign every page for a core member if you gave them meds.

Physician Visit Order form.  Remember, no dosing ranges!

After giving the second to last dose of a med/treatment, what should you do?

Set out the new bottle next to almost empty bottle.  If no more is available, make a plan with on call to get a replacement same day.

Who do you call if you come into contact with a chemical at work?

L'Arche on call.  Please also see MSDS binder and complete an 801 form.

What are the steps if you drop a medication mid administration?

Pop a replacement tab / dose from back of bubble pack

Call to reorder a replacement dose from ISSE

Write high tlog.  Label zippered bag with medication information or immediately do disposal steps.

How do you document a resolution to a tlogged concern (ex: healing wound)?

Tlog follow-up.  Link updates to the original "paper" trail helps show us attending to concerns.

Please check your work at the end of each med window.  There has been an increasing number of documentation errors which can lead to admin errors.

10 days.  Please check the bottom right shelf of the medication cabinet each shift.  Communicate if meds need disposing.
