These include breach or neglect of an agreement between two parties.

Violating the personal liberty of another.

Study of human behavior and character on what is wrong and right.

This includes regulations by HHS and Worker's Compensation.

This is a deceitful practice that deprives another person of his or her rights.

This includes improving insurance portability, protecting health care insurance privacy, and combating fraud.

This includes giving tasks to a person who is competent in their scope of practice and able to carry out the task legally.
What is delegation?
This concerns relationships between individuals or individuals and the government.

This actually involves touching another person without their consent.
What is battery?
This information is collected without patient consent for data.
What is Statistical Information?
Example: If a Medical Assistant gives advice or tells a patient, "You have a cold", which category would it fall under?
