They are shown in parenthesis after the donors name and must be verified before selecting the donors record.
What are prior names?
Bright lighting or cold hands may effect this exam.
What is the hemoglobin test?
May be called to help determine eligibility.
Who is the DCSC?
Must be valid for 8 weeks.
What is the donor's address?
Environmental factors such as a hot day may effect the accuracy of this test.
What is the temperature?
Someone who has lived outside the U.S. or canada for 5 or more years in a row
Who is a resident?
This donor does not have an appointment or did not come in within 15 minutes of their appointment time.
Who is a walk-in?
These donors must be weighed on site.
Who are plasma donors?
Must be used if the donor is autologous, vision impaired, or cannot read the language the questions are presented in.
What is DOQ?
The donor will call this number to have their contact information for recruitment changed.
What is 1-800-REDCROSS?
This must be documented before repeating an exam.
What is the 1st result?
Document given to all ineligible donors.
What is a deferral letter?
