Residents are allowed to turn in their medical/mental health requests in the secured boxes on the pod at anytime. However, slips must be submitted by 8am to be eligible to be seen that day. Urgent issues will be given priority, and other concerns will then be scheduled to see the clinic staff at the earliest possible time. It is the resident's responsibility to initiate this process. Due to HIPAA restictions, sick call slips will bot be accepted from pod staff at any time.
