You can fill out a slip. They are located by Rob's office door. Or you can email him. Or talk to him when you see him. Don't be shy.

Individual counseling for any issues that are causing a problem, group counseling for topics such as stress/anxiety, friendship help, time management/organization, or mindfulness.
