If I need to report something, what can I do? (At school and at home)

During school, you can tell your teacher, go to the main office, or the school counselor's office.

Outside of school hours, you can tell your parents and they can contact school staff.

True! We LOVE supportive friends that get you to the right people. Once we know what's going on, at that point, I may ask your supportive friend to go back to class.

False! we can handle little problems too! Most of us have small, medium and big problems and it helps to talk about them. It's better that we address it before it becomes a BIG problem. :)

SMALL: You can typically handle this one yourself, or with the help of a friend. 

MEDIUM: You've tried some strategies but still are struggling.

BIG:  Something unexpected or difficult happened and you have BIG FEELINGS about it!
