How frequently do coaching clients meet with their coach?

The frequency is determined by a co-active agreement made between the coach and client together, but typically is between once a week to once a month.

What does someone need to complete to call themselves a coach?

Nothing. Coaching is currently unregulated and anyone could call themselves a coach at anytime (some of you may have called yourself a coach for certain reasons). Melton wellness will only be hiring "pre-certified" and "certified' coaches.

Coaching sessions can take place 1:1 or in a group whose size is determined by the type of coaching and the coach's preference.
