What is the "Total Package" offered by Fitness?
Participants interested in personal training must first purchase and complete the "Total Package", which includes goal setting, a Fitness Assessment, and two personal training packages. After this is completed, the participant may purchase additional PT sessions.

Explain the UREC guest policy.
UREC participants may bring up to (2) guests per visit for a fee of $5/$7 per guest, paid on Flex. The host must remain in the facility with his/her guest(s) at all times.

Participants who have passed the Lifeguard Prerequisite course and received a "green card" are eligible to sign up for Lifeguard Training courses.

What should a MS assistant do if a participant presents a JAC that appears to belong to someone else?
-Ask verification questions (ie full name, JAC #, contact info) -Confiscate JAC -Explain policy: allowing another individual to use your JAC is an honor code violation, as stated in the Student Handbook. -Owner of JAC must return to claim card from manager, Op Sup, MS GA, or Lorie.

What should you tell a participant who calls to forfeit an intramural game?
A team may "request to cancel" by 3pm on the day of the game by emailing the Site Managers at urec-intramurals@jmu.edu or by calling 540-568-8786. If they miss this deadline they should still notify our staff of their forfeit, but they will lose their forfeit bond.
