If someone enters the facility with a skateboard or bike, what should we do?
Inform them that wheels are not allowed in the facility and ask them to lock up their equipment out front. If they don't have a lock, offer to sell them a bike lock or a padlock.
A CU Denver faculty/staff member comes in and would like to sign up for payroll deduction, what steps do you take?
Set up their account if needed and have the member fill out the payroll deduction waiver in Connect2 and have them sign their liability waiver.
What does a code pink indicate?

You want a little snacky snack while you're on shift, what should you do?
Ask the supervisor if you can take a break and eat your snack in the break room, kitchen, or study (anywhere that is not behind the desk pls)

What does a code yellow indicate?
Minor non life-threatening injury
You drop a shift but don't get any coverage, what do you do?
You still show up to the shift as it is your responsibility to work it still
If somebody comes and wants to cancel their membership to the facility, what should you do?
Tell them about the 30 day cancellation policy and give them the Lynxwellness card/email. Let them know they must send an email to inform about their cancellation.
An MSU student comes in with a member who is going to sponsor them, what membership do they qualify for?

What should you do if someone comes in to pay their overdue balance?
Find the correct invoice to pay and allow them to pay their balance. After this, email/text Tessa or Xandra to remove their suspension.
