A patron's OneCard is scanning "Denied" on the middle computer, what can you do to help resolve this?
- Ask Questions!!! (Are you permanent fac/staff, are you currently taking classes, have you completed a membership, etc.)
- Ask to see their OneCard, use their OneCard to look them up in DSE (to see their status in the system). Use the membership tab, then users, look them up, change account status to all, open their profile, look for active membership, making sure the correct #850 is entered, etc.
A UNCW faculty member with an active membership comes in with 3 children (a 9 month old, a 6 year old, and a 15 year old), wanting to purchase guest pass on a Thursday evening to swim in the pool and use the climbing wall.
What is wrong with this situation?
1. Someone with an active UNCW Rec Center membership can on sponsor up to 2 people per day. (Regardless of their age they have to purchase a guest pass).
2. Children must be 7 or older to use the climbing wall.
3. Family hours begin on Friday at 4:00pm through Sunday at 6:00pm.
