form a search crew with directors/workers that are around, station someone at all exits so no one leaves the building, 

Clear the pool, call 911 is child has not been found within 10 min, call Bill or Sara, Complete incident report!

NO! A corporate membership must be paid monthly in case they were to no longer work for that company.

 Take AED & towels to pool deck, assist aquatics staff in any way, turn off pool alarm, unlock emergency doors to pool if EMT is coming, if 911 is called, call bill, sara, and appropriate aquatics director. Complete incident report

Why can’t a husband and a wife have the same email on file for their 24-7 access?

Everyone must have a personal email because verkada (our camera system) can only link one account per email. The other account with the email will be deleted and they will not have access.

When signing someone up for a renew active membership, where are the 2 places you need to put their activation code?

This number should go in CORE in the corporate identifier field, and into healthy contributions when you set them up.

You have to give a vending machine refund. What are your steps?

  • Go to the correct vendor and select from one of these choices:

  • Pepsi, Canteen, JEI

  • The right account will say Terminated/Non-Member

  • Then select Add Fee/Credit

  • Select refund from the drop down and select the Correct Vendor

  • Put in correct amount

  • Add the member name you gave a refund to in the description

  • Click on Invoice for payment method

  • And then Submit

  • *Don’t forget to also record on the physical sheet
