What is the Membership Cancellation Policy?
The membership is flexible, and members may cancel at any time. However, if a member cancels within 3 days of when their credit card is scheduled to be charged, that charge will still occur.

How does the anniversary gift work?
Members will receive an email with a promo code for $25 off services and/or retail, which they will present at the shop. The promo code will be valid for one month, and it must be redeemed at the member’s home shop. It cannot be used for gift cards or online purchases.
