If someone wants to gift a membership who do you contact?
The membership department- If they are in office you can send them to membership(with a radio call) or a note.

Does a member need their membership card to check into the zoo?
No, only their photo ID's.
Can military members transfer their membership to another family if they are moving?
Yes, please send a note to membership including the current families information and the information of who they want the membership transferred to.
How many tickets can members reserve in one order?
Individual plus members: 2 tickets
(Third adults will need a separate order)
Family/Grandparent and Family plus: 7 Tickets
If they have a larger party they will need to make two separate orders.
If one of the named adults does not visit, a guest can come in their place.

Can a member change the name of the second adult listed on their membership?
Yes, only once. The member must communicate with the membership department to do so. The membership department does need permission from the second adult to be removed from the account.
How do you find the tickets when someone only has the order number?
Go to 'Order search'
Sales method drop down: Blank(so it can search all sales)
Enter in order number
Click on 'Tickets', then 'Print'
Write down ticket numbers and enter them in 'Scan' on Daily Sales
If a member is attempting to register their membership online and they get an error message stating they are unable to do so what does this mean?
They already registered. Call a lead over to access their online information or radio membership for assistance.
Someone needs to reserve member and general admissions/non-members tickets, how do they do so?
Reserve their member E tickets first. Back out, go to the 'plan my visit' and then reserve their general admissions/non-member tickets for the same day and same time slot.
If we are sold out of Non-Member tickets, Members can reserve Member Tickets for their guests and upcharge them to Non-Member tickets at the window
What are the benefits that Conservator, Patron and Patron Gold share?
No advance reservation required and free shuttle rides
How many others zoo's are we reciprocal with?
Zero - they will need to reserve non-member tickets
What is a duplicate record and how is this fixed?
A duplicate record is when there are two accounts with the same information. One connected to the correct membership and one that is not.
Contact a lead or send a note to membership to merge the duplicate records.
Is there an additional cost to print and mail out a new membership card?
Yes $5.00 - Please collect payment and send a note to the membership to print and mail out the new card.
