Prive Swim Lessons Process: 

  1. Member to reach out to aquatics director for swim lessons OR fill out the Private Swim Lesson Request Form on Linktree
  2. Alyjah will reach out to the member and set them up with a schedule
  3. The member will come to the front desk with confirmation for either Alyjah to pay for the package

 Personal Training Sessions: 

  1. Give the member (must be a member unless purchasing for another member) the personal training form near the printer to fill out 
  2. Purchase the package in Trac Rec
  3. Place the form in the Mailbox on my wall for Percess
  4. Let them know Percess will reach out to them to set them up with a trainer if not already set up with one
  5. Give them her business card to reach out to her with any questions

Refunds are only given in full-month increments and must be approved by a YMCA Director.
