Which type of statements are most effective when trying to resolve a conflict?
I statements including your feelings. Also, being genuine in what you're saying.
ex: I feel sad when you take my tablet and use it without asking.

Handling conflict statement - in this case your dealing with a conflict and need to address it.

lumped in with anxiety disorders, but a psychosis - disorder where people lose touch with reality. Symptoms may include delusions, strange behaviors or speech, and possibly withdrawal from others.

Involves the way you get along with others.
ex: make and keep friends, work well with others, seek and lend support, communicate well, respect others, maintain healthy relationships

What is the difference between aggressive behavior and assertive behavior?
Aggressive behavior is not done in a polite manner and will usually make the conflict worse.
Assertive behavior is done in a truthful and polite manner. The speaker uses "I" statements when talking and lets the other person know how the conflict is effecting them.
What are signs of an anxiety or depression disorder?
