For teenagers' your bodies are changing through growth spurts. Proper nutrition and intake are important to maintain your body's growing needs through these times.

You can support mindfulness through self-reflection time, mindful or guided coloring, meditation/ yoga, using breathing techniques, or walking while focusing on your sensations (sights, sounds and smells).
