What is the definition of Mental Health?
PHE defines "mental health" as the health of a person's mind, thoughts, and feelings. Just as the term "physical health" refers to the health of a person's body (arms, legs, heart, etc.), "mental health" refers to the health of what goes on inside a person's head.

What are 2 bullet points in the mental illness discussion and what is an important message in this section?
Medical professionals don't know exactly how or why mental illnesses occur. They are probably caused by a combination of factors, such as biological factors (your genes) and environmental factors, such as violence or extreme stress. Mental illness does not affect every person the same way. The effects of mental illness may vary depending on a person's age, culture, gender and community. It is never a person's fault if they have a mental illness
