Patient believes that their thoughts are not their own and were inserted into their mind by an external source

Patient often references their "Pepsidiction" or "Spritependency" when asked about what they like to eat.
Neologisms
The patient says:
"I tied the rope soap the slope nope"

Doctor there are worms inside of my chest!

Patient believes that all their thoughts are projected and perceived by others.

When a patient's ability to articulate words is hindered by motor dysfunction of their vocal apparatus
