We don't hold it inside alone, where sometimes it becomes too big and overwhelming. It gives us relief to let someone safe also know what's going on, and sometimes they can help us find solutions and problem-solve in ways we could not do alone.

All parts of our health are connnected and impact one another. If our physical health is bad, it can make our mental and emotional health worse. If we do not have good social health, that can also make us feel bad about ourselves. When we have good physical health, we feel better about ourselves. The goal is to balance all parts.
