NO! All membership orders will be shipped to the default address.
What is an over-reserved membership order?
When a customer has a reserved pair or pairs but we were unable to process once the membership date arrives because we're sold out.
Can I skip a month for my membership?
TOTALLY! Members have total control over their membership so they can SKIP before their next membership date ships out!

What is membership gifting?
When the customer pays for someone else's membership. It can be through GC or using their billing information on the recipient's "new" account.
Hey guys, just got an email saying my package is being sent and I also got charged for it, I, however, did not place an order so am kinda confused as to why I’m being sent a package.
The reason why this happened is when they placed their previous order, they were accidentally subscribed to the membership program by clicking “Get monthly and save 22%”.
Is it possible to change the shipping date for monthly orders? How?
OF COURSE! Currently, customers cannot change their shipping date. But we can do it for them through Solidus!
If I become a member will I receive an email reminding to pick a pair of underwear or skip for the month?
If they didn’t reserve a pair, our system will automatically pick a pair for them. We send a reminder email three days prior to their shipment date so they know exactly what to expect in the mail.
Not a fan of what’s set to ship? They have the option to swap it for any other available pair we have or SKIP for the month!
If the customer's want to change their membership date, how many days in the month can they choose from?
28 days. From the 1st to the 28th day of the month.
If I have a membership with y’all and I choose what color underwear I want. Will that same color be shipped out every month? because I want a new print/color every month.
NOPE! The algorithm will look at all your previous purchases and make sure that it is NOT assigning you a print or color you've already purchased. We want to make sure you never receive a duplicate pair!
If I become a member, can I switch or go back and forth between undies for me and undies for my husband?
OF COURSE! Fortunately, the membership program is flexible enough to allow our customers to swap out the pair 3 days in advance of their shipment date.

We don’t have a membership fee.
They will only be paying for the underwear ($14.00 USD for Women, $16.00 USD for Men) plus applicable taxes if there is and shipping fee if it's an international order.
