– I am a device that makes loud noise and can be tracked on the screen. I am to be with employees when ever they are in the building for safety reasons.

The PCC will use me to have a structured communication/discussion that is used to collaborate decisions and develop discharge planning with a multidisciplinary team.

An approach, based on knowledge of the impact of trauma, aimed at ensuring environments and services are welcoming and engaging for service recipients and staff.
Trauma Informed Care (TIP)
I am a room where multidisciplinary team can be found, specifically when they have to document. What room am I?
Care Team Base
I will provide access to skilled personnel and appropriate equipment when there is a cardiac or respiratory arrest in the unit.
Code Blue
I am a system that is build by network of tubes and compressed air that helps with transporting medication to pharmacy or lab specimens to laboratory.
Pneumatic Tube
I am an SOP that will guide you through procedure when my family or friends comes to visit.
Visitors Guidelines
I am a model that is made of five types of “awareness” (power, judgement, individual uniqueness, respect and motivation) which help cultivate an environment where recovery can grow and thrive.
Recovery Model
I am a secure, controlled entryway to MHSUWC. I am protected with an intercom and a pin number.
Sally Port
I will help you go through an organized, coordinated response to ensure appropriate measures are taken to find the patient as quickly as possible especially when you are unsure if the patient is still on site.
Code Yellow
I am a machine and you can use me when you want to decrease secretions and remove mucus from patients’ bodies.
Portable Suction
I am completed prior to patient getting transferred either from medical units or from the outside facility
Doctor to Doctor
I am an approach to making quality decisions and provide care that is bases in most current research and clinical expertise.
Evidence Based Practice
I have a dual use, I am being used for deliveries for linen, food or other things and I connect the main building to MHSUWC.
Bridge Link
I am activated when organized relocation/evacuation is needed patients from an area at risk to a safe location.
Code Green
I am used when you need to help patients who have fallen.
Lifts/Slings
This is the time I have to spend in a dryer to prevent entry of bed bugs into our units

This code is activated when there is a system failure that has caused, or has the potential to cause, significant site wide impacts and requires a coordinated response.

I am a button on the wall in every patient’s room, when you press me it will help alert in emergency situation or to remotely talk to a health care staff.
Nurse Call Bell
I am created to help prepare patients to go home and to make this transition seamless. Hint: You can use me to give relevant information and resources to patients and their families. Some examples are: medication education and follow up appointments).
