what is a bullet point?
small symbols that mark the beginning of a list item
what does align mean?
Used to arrange objects to line up with the other objects on the slide or place an object relative to other objects on the slide.
what is the adjustment handle?
A yellow diamond-shaped handle that appears on a selected object. Drag the handle to change the appearance of the object.
what is an action
A button or text block programmed to perform a specific action, such as jumping to a slide or starting a program
what is an insertion point?
a blinking vertical bar that indicates where any newly typed text will appear
what does animation mean?
The way text and objects move on and off a slide during a slide show
what is a cell?
The intersection of a column and a row in a table or worksheet.
what is the action button?
A graphic that serves as a hyperlink to jump to a location or perform an action
what is notes pane?
an area in the PowerPoint program window in which you can type speaker notes for the active presentation
what is a blank presentation?
When you start PowerPoint, a new blank presentation appears on the screen
what is a chart?
A visual representation of numerical data, which can be in the form of lines, bars, wedges in pies, or other graphics. Also called a graph.

A combination of two fonts to be applied to headings and text as part of a theme.

a collection of slides that communicate ideas, facts, suggestions, or other information to an audience
what is the effects options?
the entrance exit and emphasis animation features such as pinwheel diamond and fly effects that you can use to animate objects
what is a column?
Appears vertically in the worksheet; identified by letters at the top of the worksheet window
what is a footer?
