The black death was originally the plague/bubonic plague which spreaded to europe and killed 1/3 of their population,which was killing 137 million people.The disease started by fleas eating the bacteria,then the fleas would travel to the black rat and throw up the bacteria in the rats blood.After the rat has it the black rat would travel to a place where the disease could survive which was perfect because Europe was cramped,then thenrat transfered the disease to humans.
