A student is drinking at school.

Some kids are talking at the back of class and its distracting.
Small problem: Ask them to stop or talk more quietly.

Medium problem: Tell teacher they are distracting you.
Someone invites you to a party, but you don't want to go because you think there will be smoking at the party.
Tell them you can't go and give an excuse (my mom won't let me, I have other plans). Ask to hang out a different day.
