Can you transfer a Montgomery gi bill? How?
yes - you need a TEB letter. (Transfer of Benefit Letter). The dependent would have to connect with parent or spouse and connect with the Va to get this letter/ sign into milconnect.
Can we register a student without a COE? And what do we need for this to work?
yes - we need funding in place, the servicemen social and 22-5490 or 22-5495 - they can send the COE when it comes in the mail (needs to be before end of first term).
