The "How" Skill in which you: 

-Notice when you label things as “good” or “bad,” because this can put you in Emotion Mind.

-Try to use your “Describe” skill to see things as they really are, including your feelings.

-For example, change the thought “That kid is a jerk” to “I don’t like the way he teases me.”

-Your emotion might not change, but it often becomes less strong when you catch judging.
