This location serves as the hub of the park, and houses staff offices, has a gift shop, and also sells firewood, ice, and sani-dump passes.
What is the Park Centre/Visitor Centre?
In this role staff conduct roves of the campground and day use areas, unlock gates for group sites, and monitor visitor compliance.
What is the role of Park Rangers?
This is the earliest time that someone can check into Group Camping and Yurts.
What is 4pm?
For this location, visitors can enjoy the park for free. Activities often include picnicking, hiking, sports activities, and family outings.
What are the day use areas?
In this role, staff clean the campground, repair equipment and infrastructure, hang signage, and restock firewood.
What is the role of Maintenance staff?
This is the year that Miquelon Lakes was designated as a Provincial Park.
What is 1958?
This is a common infraction by visitors who do not purchase or bring firewood.
What is burning deadfall?
For this location, campers can reserve for larger groups and have their own private little camping area. These sites can be booked 180 days ahead of their stay.
What is a group use area?
In this role, staff respond to non-compliant visitors, conduct roves of the campground, and serve other areas within the Parkland Management Area.
What is the role of a Conservation Officer?
This is the name of the family that donated private land to the Alberta government that forms part of Miquelon Lake Provincial Park. It is also the name of one of the popular hiking trails.
