lululemon acquired MIRROR in July 2020 after beginning a partnership in 2019 featuring lululemon Global Ambassadors as guest instructors on the Mirror.
Can you save your favorite classes on the Mirror?
You can bookmark your favorite classes or there is an option to preload any of our classes from our On Demand library to optimize your streaming experience and prevent buffering throughout your workout.
Each Mirror can store up to 10 hours of workouts.
Upon in-store check out, what promo code should be entered for the guest?
Our store's unique promo code (LU+StoreNumber).
How many classes are available on Mirror?

How much is Membership and how many classes do you get?
Membership costs $39 a month and provides access to unlimited live and on-demand classes. We are constantly uploading new material!
How much is Mirror?
The Mirror is normally $1,495 plus applicable tax, a $39 monthly Membership, and $250 for white glove delivery and installation.
Can other Members see you when working out?
When you join a class, you can see the names and locations of other Members who are taking the class with you. If they have their community camera on you can see them work out in a small bubble floating by. You have the option to send emojis and encouraging messages to your classmates to keep them motivated during their workout!
After adding The Mirror to the cart and entering the correct promo code, who should continue the transaction?
The guest should take over the checkout experience once The Mirror is in the cart and our store's promo code is applied.
Can you attend live classes?
Yes! Mirror streams new classes each week from their studio in NYC.
How long is a Mirror membership good for?
The MIRROR Membership comes with a one-year commitment, after which point you may cancel or switch to a month-to-month Membership. Without a Membership, your Mirror becomes a beautiful, full-length mirror for non-fitness use.
How many people can be on one membership?
The Membership provides access to unlimited classes for up to six household members.
Can Instructors see you while working out?
During a Live Class, MIRROR’s instructors can view your personal profile and heart rate data, in a personal training session they can see and talk to you!
During check out, the guest mentions they can't pay for The Mirror all up front. How do you respond?

How long are Mirror classes?
Classes range from 5 to 60 minutes.
Can you pause your membership?
Yes!
Can someone return a Mirror after purchasing?
Yes, with the Risk Free Trial, you have the option to try the Mirror for 30 days, completely risk free. There is also no restocking fee.
What music options are their on the Mirror?
You can pick from any of Mirror's music playlists or you can sync your apple music and create your own playlists!

Is Mirror touch screen?
No, Mirror is operated through an app on your phone/tablet.
What should the guest leave with after interacting with the Mirror and not purchasing?
The guest leaves the store with:
1. a MIRROR Brochure,
2. our store's unique promo code for purchasing at home,
3. knowing how to contact the MIRROR Member Experience Team (hello@mirror.co)
When is the Mirror camera activated?
The Mirror's camera is activated during Personal Training sessions only, never during Live and On Demand classes.
What device do we use to check someone out?
You must use the smart phone or tablet the guest provides. This is so we are following our privacy standards.
Example: If you pull out your phone we can put in the promo code so you can see what the exact price will be!
Are there personal training offerings, and are they an additional price?
You can book a one-on-one Personal Training Session starting at $40 per 30 min. session.
You're experiencing a technical issue with The Mirror during a Guest interaction. What do you do?
Tell the guest, “Apologies, but we’re experiencing technical issues in the store today.” Then alert your Floor Leader. If you have a secondary display Mirror, utilize that to complete the experience.
