What time should I be at school?
Arrival starts at 7:20 a.m. and ends at 7:45 a.m.

Students should walk into classroom quietly
Grab Math materials
Get to their seat before the 2 minute timer goes off
Ms. Milton will be monitoring the classroom and assisting students where needed.

Where will I complete my homework?
Homework should be completed at home. There will be opportunities for you to complete it at the end of the day if you would like to
Notebook
You will have both a physical and digital notebook to keep up with your science materials
What does arrival look like?
You should come into the classroom grab your breakfast, find your seat, begin your morning work, and remain seated until time for the announcements.
Ms.Milton will be walking around the classroom if anyone needs anything.

Everyday we will began our lesson with something that you should be familiar with

When is homework due ?
Each assignment has its own due date
However Zearn will be due each night, and you will complete the lesson before I teach it for exposure
Assignments
Most of our science assignments will be hands on, your behavior is going to play a major role in what we are actually able to do
What does arrival sound like?
Students enter classroom quietly, you are allowed to talk but you shouldn't be up out of your seat. which means you should only be talking to people seated at your table.

You should always have an answer and be able to try to put into words what you see or know about the problem

Experiments
We will try to get some interactive lessons completed and enjoy them when we earn it
Breakfast
Breakfast will be served to the classroom first thing in the morning
You should grab your breakfast as soon as you enter the classroom
You should be completing your morning work or assignment while eating your breakfast.
Breakfast trash will be thrown out at the end of morning announcements or morning meeting, there will be two calls for trash
Learn
This is where I am teaching, modeling, or explaining.
You are listening, engaged, and being an active learner.
You will only have 10 minutes to show me what you know, so you must pay attention the entire lesson

What happens if I do not complete my homework the night before?
There will be a small amount of time in the morning after you complete your morning work, or in the afternoon during recess
Homework
You will have homework at least 2-3x a week
Morning Meeting
We will have a brief morning meeting every morning, to keep us connected.
Land
This is your exit ticket, you will only get 5 minutes to complete this.
Which means that you should have been paying attention the entire time so that you were able to correct your mistake and complete the exit ticket correctly.

Late Homework
You will lose a few points prior to me grading it
Participation
You will have lots of group and partner work so please be at school, and stay the entire day since science is at the end of the day
