The funding area was formerly known at the ICJ is a collaborative initiative designed to support individuals and families on their path to financial stability. The team comprises Navigators embedded within partner nonprofit organizations across Fort Bend, Harris, Montgomery, and Waller counties.

Rather than having “one‐size‐fits‐all” programs, UWGH helps people build individualized paths. They assign Navigators who guide individuals/families toward stability (financial, health, etc.), helping break down barriers and coordinate services.
