Are arrow and flex shirts machine washable as well as dryable?
They are both machine washable (on a gentle cycle). You can put it in the dryer on a low cycle for up to 10 minutes then hang dry it.

Why do the flex shirts have a blue tint?
They have a UV layer that was put to protect the shirt and make it whiter in the end. It goes away with the more you wash it.
How do you measure for dress pants?
You go from where they naturally where they wear their pants all the way to the floor without tightening the measuring tape.
How should one take care of their shoes on the mission?
At least 2 or more shoes. Switching them out daily, beeswax and leather cream at least once a week, shoe dye when needed. Air drying them if they get wet. Having good arch support
What is the size difference between our suit jackets and the pants? Give an Example.
The suits jacket will be six sizes larger than the pants sizes. Ex: 38R jacket will come with size 32 pants.
There are two to hold down the collar, and one that is expandable to provide extra comfort.
What alterations can we do on pants? What can we NOT DO?
We can take in the waist at most 2 inches, take out guaranteed 1 inches we can try up to 2 inches depending on amount of fabric. We can also do a growth hem.
We CANNOT do tapering.
What do you need to focus on when trying on shoes?
That the arch and top of the foot feel good and natural. Enough room in the toe box but not to much. Durability of the shoe.
What are the features and Benefits of the Flex Suits?
They are machine washable (gentle cycle), stretchy waistband, they are quick drying, provide a lot of mobility, They come with two pairs of pants, they are wrinkle resistant.
How to you measure for shirt size and sleeve length?
You measure the neck to determine collar size. For sleeve length you start at the shoulder blade on the back then go to the shoulder, then continue to follow to the elbow and end on the wrist.
What is our policy for changing out suit pants?
For Flex suits we cannot change the pants. For Grey Signature Suits we cannot change the pants. For any other color Signature suits we can change the pants if we have extra in the back, but do not take them from another suits. If pants are altered they are final sales unless they want to pay a $10 restocking fee.
