  • Have worked for Mister Car Wash for twelve consecutive months.
  • Achieve a passing grade of “C” or better or pass for a pass/fail in the eligible course. 
  • Not be on any performance improvement plan at the time of application. 
  • Have an FGP score 2.5 or higher.
  • Begin the course after your hire date with Mister and be ‘active’ on the date tuition reimbursement is paid out. 
  • Complete application through Dayforce and provide supporting documentation (transcripts and receipt) no later than 90 days after a course is completed.

Explain Paid Parental Leave and what qualifies an employee as eligible

eligible team members (both male and female) qualify for up to 6 weeks of paid parental leave within the first 12 weeks after a birth or adoption of a child. In order to be eligible an employee has to have been employed for 12 months and worked at least 1,250 prior to the request.

Describe what the ESPP is

The ESPP is mister's Employee Stock Purchase Plan, which allows for all employees to purchas stock in Mister at a reduced rate (15%). You can only utilize this program after you have been employed by the company for at least 6 months and you must wait for the enrollment period (OCT 25-NOV 7)
