15%. Remember, these assignments are the only ones that cannot be submitted late!

Does this class have homework?

Not often! You will get a mood board assignment at the start of every summative assignment. You will usually get a full class period to begin the assignment in class, but should be completed at home.

You may also be asked to complete assignments outside of class on occasion, but you should be able to complete most assignments during class.

A deadline will be set for the end of each QUARTER

Yes, I know we are tucked away on the 4th floor, but we all need to do our best to get here on time.

Just resubmit on Google Classroom! I try to review late work every other week at least (usually every week).

Let me know and take your ID and a bathroom pass!

You must wait for a pass to return before you can go.

And remember, there are 30 other people and some of them might also need to pee, so hurry back!!

Is this class all digital?

Nope! I would say a good amount of your summative assignments are, but we will definitely do some projects with more traditional materials as well. You will also have choice in some of your projects to work with iPads or on paper.

Can I turn in a project late for full credit?

YES! All formative and summative assignments are accepted late as long as it is submitted before the end of quarter deadlines.

Do I need to have my own iPad?

Of course not! We have them here, but you are welcome to use your own if you have one.

Unfortunately iPads must stay in the classroom, so if you need more time to work on an assignment, you will have to come in outside of class time. Advisory is a great opportunity for that!

Is ALL work accepted late?

NO. "Critique & Studio Habits" category generally cannot be made up or submitted late. This includes class critiques, project check-ins, etc.

Can I eat in here?

Unfortunately not. We use a lot of shared tools and technology. There are also ants everywhere!!!!!!!!!! If you need to eat something because you missed a meal or you aren't feeling right, just ask me!!
